Refund & Cancellation Policy

At S&A VENTURES, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our refund and cancellation policy carefully before making a purchase.

Important: Most of our products are digital products. Once delivered or downloaded, they generally cannot be returned.

Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital products, all completed purchases are generally non-refundable.
Please review the product description carefully before purchasing.
If you experience technical issues preventing access to your purchase, our support team will help resolve the issue.

Duplicate Payments

If you are charged more than once for the same order, the duplicate payment will be verified and refunded to the original payment method.

Failed Transactions

If your payment fails but the amount is deducted from your account, the amount is generally reversed automatically by your bank or payment provider. If not, please contact us with your payment details.

Cancellation

Orders for digital products cannot usually be cancelled once payment has been successfully processed and delivery has started.

Refund Processing

If a refund is approved, it will generally be processed within 5–7 business days. The actual credit time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
